]]>As one of the Toon Army I hope we can win the game, and the signs for it emerged when Carroll took the advantage from the Blues poor defending, it was the moment of joy from this game and nothing is called luck there, it’s pure skill that lead to Carroll’s goal.
After that goal, we have shown to the world that this young team can compete against any team in the top flight, only a matter of time and good financial back-up from the club owner can make this team more solid.
Playing with 4-4-2 formation is a good decision from Chris Hughton, with one of our striker often playing a bit deeper to support our midfielders. Without Nolan and Barton, I give CH two thumbs up for his brave decision to play with two strikers up front against a team like Chelsea, while any other managers would have playing with 5 defensive midfielders.
The return of Steven Taylor in center to pairing with Sol Campbell has produced a nice result. We are now have the perfect back-up for Williamson-Coloccini pairs, also a good credit from me for our both wing-back for making several good penetration into the opponent side.
Are we in perfect performance today? I must say we didn’t. I noticed couple of errors from the lads, and thank God, the Blues are also far from a better team against us today.
Ameobi should have more better understanding with Carroll, both our front men have some moments of where they are too often being in the same side or battle for the same ball. We can increase our lead in the first half instead of being levelled if Ameobi can be more creative in front of the goal.
Danny Guthrie also showing good, although still needs more game before he can reach his peak again. Gutierrez is a little bit lazy and couple of times only waiting for the ball instead of keep moving on to pick the ball.
Tiote and Routledge also in good shape today, especially Routledge who has one perfect moment to score. Hughton will have a headache to make a choice between him and Barton when he’s return from suspension.
All in all, I’m quite satisfied for the result, we are keeping the track right and really can’t wait for January transfer window to open, I hope Mike Ashley willing to splash the cash in to bring some of CH potential targets to St. James’ Park.
Until then, and thanks for coming to this site. Howay the Lads!

]]>This Newcastle team is still in progressing, and only time will tell where we will be ended at the final season next year, which I hope we will stay as Premier League team.
I still gives a huge credit for what Chris Hughton has did so far for this club, and will never say that he’s doing the job half-heartedly because he doesn’t received a proper appreciation from the Toon management, in terms of good salary and a new contract.
Last night defeat was not 100% Hughton’s fault, even Maurinho can’t give us a win against a newly good solid Bolton team with our current squad, not to mention that we are playing without at least three of our first team players.
I want Newcastle to reach top of the league, and who doesn’t? But, isn’t it sweet if we can achieve that base on fight for it and not instantly like “Buy for It”, so please give him our 100% support, stop put the blame on him, we will be alright!
He has done wonderful jobs last season in Championships, and also did great this year in our bid to stay, I repeat, our main goal this season is to stay in Premierships and we are exactly still on the right track.
Until then, thanks for coming to this site and Howay the Lads!!!

]]>But in my honest opinion, it’s hardly to see Leon has his Best to leap pass the Toon strong duo, while Lovenkrands is slightly has the better chance to work his magic again when one of them are injured.
And if we looking at the worst nightmare scenario when none of our first team choice is available for action, that would leave Hughton in a big headache to pick the replacement killers.
Hughton is already aware of that worst scenario for long time and have sent his scouting team with an order to bring a player to bolster United attacking options in January. And beside Jonathan Legear who was already being reported on Toon radar, the latest name that arise on the media is the Slovenian striker Tim Matavz.
Matavz, a pacey striker with an eye for goal, has been watched by Newcastle United scouts team on three occasions this season, according to Dutch publication Elf Voetbal.
The 21-year-old, 6ft 1in Matavz currently playing for Dutch side FC Groningen and has scored five goals in thirteen games so far this season, with the record of fourteen goals on last term.
