Newcastle United is Going to Signed Tottenham Misfit Niko Kranjcar in January

The News of the World has claim today that the 26-year-old Croatian midfielder, who has not yet made a start for Spurs this season, is being persuaded to sign a pre-contract with a view to a summer transfer.

Kranjcar scored both goals in Croatia’s 2-1 Euro 2012 qualifier victory over Israel last Saturday and with his current situation at White Hart Lane where he has already been an unused substitute on six occasions, Newcastle United is to believed interested in acquiring his services at St. James’ Park.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are also being reported has preparing a move to sign Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor in January.

Taylor has already on the St James’ Park transfer list and I believe he will find it hard to claim his place back as the Toon centre back when he returns from being sidelined.

Our current centre back pairing, Fabricio Coloccini and Mike Williamson are Chris Hughton’s favorite at the moment and with the addition of Sol Campbell last summer, Taylor will have his chance to get his place back being very small.

The good news is, Andy Carroll has signed a new five-year contract with Newcastle United. Carroll is the product of Newcastle’s youth system, and he has pleased Newcastle’s managing director Derek Llambias, who said that Carroll and others like him are ‘the future of this club’.
