This time, I think we must have a full stop and stick with King Kev for the good of our team or we will never have any stability and won’t be able to start making success that we’re deserved.

I have read an interesting interview on the Chronicle today. They have asking one of Keegan’s squad member at the early stage of his first return as the manager at Gallowgate. Gavin Peacock said there is no reason why history cannot repeat itself at St. James’s Park.

Commenting on Keegan’s statement that you have to “live and experience Tyneside to understand it” Gavin agreed that King Kev has an excellent point in what he said.

“When he (Keegan) arrived in 1992 he sat all of the players down and said: ‘We will survive and then we will take off.’ This time it’s similar. Newcastle won’t be relegated but Kevin will be making sure they finish mid-table and then take off next season.” Gavin said on today’s Chronicle’s interview.

Keegan wants people to judge his work and ability to manage this club next season, after get his own players in over the summer and build his own Newcastle team.

With the proper financial backing from United owner Mike Ashley in the summer, Gavin Peacock belive that Special K can have a similar impact on his second return as United manager similar to former Chelsea’s manager Jose Mourinho did at Stamford Bridge.

Gavin said, Keegan has the list of players he signed back in 1990’s which are good players and then became a great one under his management.

You probably wasn’t agree 100% at the time when Keegan bought an injured player like Andy Cole, or changing Robert Lee’s role into a central-midfielder, but Keegan knows what he’s doing and it turns out to be one of his great decision.

“Kevin isn’t a silly man. He knows his football and he knows the players who will provide him with a platform and generate the momentum for the rest of the team. I am convinced he can do it once again.” Gavin added more on the interview.

So, I still believe in the Messiah although we’re looking dangerously in Premiership table with only three points above the relegation zone.

King Kev will guides United’s survival and in the next summer was his start to bring the new truly exciting Newcastle United back.
