Michael Owen scores twice as England leading Russia 2-0 up in half-time. Both goal coming from a great England set pieces where the first goal came from a delicious passing from Gareth Barry to leave Owen unmarked infront of Russia goal and he slice the ball in.

Second goal from Owen was even more brilliantly taken. Heskey flick-on inside the penalty area once again down to Owen’s foot which is again unmarked, he volley the ball with tremendous strike pass the helpless Russian goalkeeper. He also make a good assist for England third goal when he give the ball to Ferdinand, who smash it into the net.With two more goals for England tonight, Owen has scores 3 goals in 2 matches and have made a total of 40 goals for England. Sam Allardyce will definetely saw this and Owen should start on the next Premier League match on Monday at Pride Park against Derby.
