<description>"We would like a manager willing to develop the youth side of the club. For too long the club has missed out on too much of the young footballing talent in the region and, these days, that talent also needs to combined with young talent sourced both nationally and internationally.
A manager that can speak English. There have been media suggestions that we would only appoint a British manager. That is not true. However, we think this is a big enough job without the manager having to operate through an interpreter, so the manager will have to be someone who is able to speak English."

I personally know what it feels like to be a Newcastle United fan, having spent a weeks wages to watch your favourite club and shouting your heart out to have them lose in the end. Please don't take what i've said incorrectly, I am a keen supporter of Newcaslte United and I am here for my club. I would have organised a formal Press Conference to state my availability, but I am not in a position to take such a step. I am merely saying I want to make a difference at Newcastle United. Our Chairman is correct in saying he wants a manager who will build up Newcastle's youth reserves into a fighting force, it not only saves investers the trouble of collecting large sums of money but it from an English fans point of view it is great to see a youngster from Britain wearing the Black and White representing his country and club.

Please read what I have posted and do not take it lightly, Newcastle is about to turn around, for the better.

Thank You</description>

		<description>Its a nice post...

Well the Liverpool defender Daniel Agger has suffered a recurrence of a foot injury that threatens to wreck his season. He has been sidelined since September with a metatarsal injury and he aggrevated the problem in training on Sunday as he tried to step up his return to fitness:
