Honeymoon is Over, You are in Big Trouble

What makes you become a good leader? Good leaders will take all the responsibilities on their shoulders, you wouldn’t blame others. The captain will be the last man to jump off the ship.

I will give the most respect if you admit it as your mistakes, and besides of the defensive errors that some of your players did yesterday, you will said that it was part of your fault to have not preparing them well enough…

Newcastle United vs Portsmouth - Postmortem

Posted by: shearyadi · November 3, 2007 · 2 Comments

Humiliated, disgusting, mismanaged, and more other bad words for Newcastle United appearance today. I was used to be calm wahtever the result is, but definetely not today.

This is for the second time we have game where none of the goals came in from our players.

Both Reading and Portsmouth game was generous enough to give a goal each for us. This is really unacceptable for a team like Newcastle United. Howay maaann, This is NEWCASTLE UNITED!!!

Newcastle and England striker Michael Owen will try to get three points today against Portsmouth to celebrate his third child Emily, who was born on Wednesday, in Chester. The win would be a nice birthday present for his daughter, and even more special if three goals come from his feet.

Pompeii wass buried and completely ruined during a catastrophic eruption of the volcano Mount Vesuvius spanning two days on 24 August 79.

Just like the Roman city in the Italian region of Campania, Portsmouth (nicknamed Pompey) will face its destiny at St. James’ Park tomorrow when they meet the erruption of mount Magpies. On Saturday, their goal will be burried by the torrid attacking style of Newcastle United team.

What is Newcastle United Needed the Most?

Posted by: shearyadi · October 31, 2007 · Comment

The answer is simple and probably also the most important thing for any football team in the world, it is the ability to handle the pressure. Does our team has it? I’m afraid the answer is NO.

Why is NO? Because Sam Allardyce admitted today that the pressure is mounted on the dressing room after the 2-1 lost at Madejski Stadium last week. I don’t understand why they must have feel that way.

The Reading loss was…

“Steven Taylor is a Winner” Big Sam

Steven Taylor will not going anywhere, his future still with Newcastle United. The 21-year-old United Academy graduate center-back will fight every inch of the way for his place in the side, and Sam Allardyce believe that he will win his place back.

“I know he’s very disappointed not being involved at the moment, but he’s a young player for the future for us, and I think he’ll get back in. If he does get back in,…

Newcastle’s new boy Habib Beye reported feels sorry for the Toon Army for the 2-1 defeat against the Royals. Senegalese defender said that when we have the 1-1 draw, we should have playing more cautious and get ready for any possible last minutes blow.

“It was a long ball into the box and we didn’t win the second ball, which meant Long was able to get his shot in.” Said Beye.

Newcastle was a goal behind from…

Newcastle United Injury Curse Started since 1893

Well, injury in football was not a new thing. The most closely thing to every football players beside an air-filled sphere with a circumference of 68–70 cm (or 27–28 inches), a weight of 410–450g (or 14–16 ounces), inflated to a pressure of 60–110 kPa (or 8.5–15.6 psi) thingy, was the injury ghosts.

What is Missing on the Current Toon Squad?

Ok, everyone must be agree on the fact that we have more improved squad team this season. We have a much-much better improvement in our defensive role. Our midfield are packed of quality players, who capable enough to destroy any other Premiership team squad on the same position.

In front we have world class strikers in Mark Viduka, Oba Martins and Michael Owen. But, the question is why this team can lost in a game against…
