It sems that most of the (foreign?) Toon Army always wanted an immediate success and or hoping that the new players that any Toon managers brought in have to be immediately showing good.

Should We Recall Andy Back?

Young Big Dunc; Andy Carroll at Preston North End loan spell Newcastle once again having a player crisis after Michael Owen is positive out for several weeks and Viduka is not coming on his best fitness yet. The back-up is in fact not as good as we have expected them to be.

Sam Allardyce will have to make difficult choices about who will partnered Viduka as Toon attackers ahead of Carling Cup 3rd round tie against Arsenal tonight at Emirates stadium. With Owen out again for operation, we only have Shola as back-up.

Newcastle United vs Newcastle United

On Sunday, St. James’ Park will host a special Premier League game when United will face another “United” squad. Not Manchester though, but we will welcome back some ex-Toon players in West Ham squad.
