Newcastle United will try to redeem Arsenal’s determination and will give them a full 90 minutes of tests to their title ambition this season.

Keegan’s Newcastle side will welcome Mark Viduka to have a return after having missed the last two fixtures. But Emre will still out to serves his last game suspension. Joey Barton, although he is joining the team on training, will not get involved.

The shine again Shola Ameobi is in little doubt, but could figure in the last minute of the team selection tomorrow. Geremi, Habib Beye, Abdoulaye Faye and Oba Martins are all still away for the African Cup of Nations in Ghana. But it looks like we will have the trio back soon.

For the home side, Tomas Rosicky who limped out of Saturday’s FA Cup clash with a knee injury, at the Emirates, is in a major doubt to be available again on Tuesday.

Michael Owen will definetely start again tomorrow and seems to be pairing with Viduka. Kevin Keegan believes Owen will soon be back to what we saw on him many years before, which is scoring the goals.

Last Saturday FA Cup defeat was his seventh consecutive appearance for Newcastle since returning from injury last month.

“Michael is nearly back to where he wants to be,” said Keegan, “We have not been creating much for him. If we get him opportunities, he will score.”

“You don’t need to tell me if he gets opportunities that he won’t score. Michael’s always done that.”

Mike Riley, who was incharge in United’s controversial 2-1 defeat at Chelsea will be the official for tomorrow’s fixture. I do hope this time he will learn from his horrible mistake at Stamford Bridge last month.
