Pompeii wass buried and completely ruined during a catastrophic eruption of the volcano Mount Vesuvius spanning two days on 24 August 79.

Just like the Roman city in the Italian region of Campania, Portsmouth (nicknamed Pompey) will face its destiny at St. James’ Park tomorrow when they meet the erruption of mount Magpies. On Saturday, their goal will be burried by the torrid attacking style of Newcastle United team.

Once again, Owen Said “…I’m happy here”

If the Arsenal’s squad have French connections as the backbones for their team’s progress, Newcastle United have the African connections to support the team revolution.

NUFC PLayers Our current team squad have 4 International players from 3 African countries. Habib Beye and Abdoulaye Faye both come from Senegal, while our new skipper Geremi is from Cameroon. The last one is the prolific Nigerian striker Obafemi Martins.
